Delivery Times

• Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days – Free of charge.
• Express Delivery: 2-3 business days – £8.99.

Orders are delivered across the UK, including the Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to BFPO addresses or PO Box addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can track your parcel on the Royal Mail website and get updates on its status.

Delivery Delays

While we strive to meet our delivery deadlines, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If there’s a significant delay, we’ll notify you as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel an order due to delays, please contact us, and we’ll provide a full refund for any undelivered items.

All items are carefully packed to ensure they arrive safely. For orders over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service for added peace of mind.
