Cancel Your Order with Ease

At KitchenGlora, we aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we offer a clear cancellation policy to help you manage your orders.

Cancellation Process

  • Before Dispatch: If you decide to cancel your order before it’s dispatched, we can easily process the cancellation for you. Simply visit the “My Orders” section and submit your request.
  • After Dispatch: Once your order is dispatched, it enters the queue for shipment with our delivery partner. At this stage, we cannot cancel the order. The items will be shipped, and you can return them as per our return policy once you receive them Alternatively, you can reject the delivery attempt, and it will be automatically returned to us.

Cancellation Confirmation

After submitting your cancellation request, you’ll receive a confirmation email with details about your request. If the cancellation is processed, a refund will be issued, and you’ll be notified accordingly.
